Vinegar is essentially any alcoholic beverage modified during extended fermentation process. In ancient times people noticed: alcoholic beverages, for example, cider, turn into vinegar, when fermented outdoors. Apple cider vinegar and wine were repeatedly mentioned in the Bible; they were known to the people of ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome.
Vinegar can be made out of grapes, rice, pears etc, but health wise the most interesting to us is Apple Cider Vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has a much richer zest and nutritional value than ordinary, alcohol based vinegar. It has a mild flavor and aroma and consists of biologically active substances.
“Apple Cider Vinegar is the icing on the cake. I had always heard about Apple Cider Vinegar… everyone in the world should be drinking this on a daily basis!” - Dr. Steven Gibb
